At Girard Academic Music Program, Ms. Foxworth’s 8th Grade Science class created stop motion animations about mitosis, a part of the cell cycle.
Cara Butcher, also a member of the Media Lab at GAMP, said:
“My group decided to create a metaphor. Middle school is filled with drama, and many friends that were once close grow distant. Much like the cell, there are certain levels and obstacles.”
