WHYY’s summer journalists stood at 4545 W. Girard Avenue and admired the newly painted Will Smith mural aside of residents and tourists alike. The mural, painted by British artist, Richard Wilson, stands 65-feet tall.
Students spoke with the public about the effect Will Smith and the new painting has on the community.
